Bentley Wheels...

I know this is a little out there.... but I've been searching high and low. I've seen people throw 19x8 19x9 +40-45 offset with no issues....

Has anyone attempted to do a set of 7 or 9 spoke Bentley Continental GT wheels? I know they aren't the same bolt pattern... but I have a local place that can fill, refinish and do the correct hub/bp for less then 100 per wheel.

If you've spotted a mini with the bentley wheels could you please post a few pictures.... trying to get an idea as to how they would look... I'd hate to pass up on the wheels at $250 per wheel from a local but I'd hate to spend the money if it looks ridiculous.

If you link some pics, someone may recognize a wheel that looks similar.

One question....since the rims are made for a car that weighs more than many SUV's, have you considered how much they weigh?

If you can buy them for $250 a corner, I'd just buy and resell them.

Shipping weight for the set on amazon is 160lbs.

But why? Just get some that look like them and weigh less.

I'm not looking for the chrome finish. I am absolutely in love with this wheel and have yet to find a wheel that looks remotely like this 2 piece.

the polished 19x9 spec weight is 20.8 lbs per wheel on the OEM.

I'm pretty sure the seller from Amazon has them miss linked with the set of 20x10 GT wheel option that is a 9 spoke vs the 7

I'm going go ahead and buy them get them filled refinished and have them set in the 4x100 with the correct bore at Rim Pro here in Tewksbury MA. I'm not 100% sure if the guy selling them has the 7 or 9 spoke... I am hoping for my sake its the 7 spoke.

Ya, no doubt I'll take some photos once refinished and redrilled. I've used this Rim Pro place before with a redrill and have had fantastic luck... let's just this particular wheels takes to it.

Well picked them up this morning for $250 a wheel. Brought them down to RimPro in Tewksbury, MA they weighed them for me so I had some numbers to report back.

In a 9 spoke 19x9 with +40 offset stock spec they weigh 21.48lbs w/o covers 21.97lbs with the covers. so 19'' wheel that weighs in under 22lbs seems to be fine where I am noticing most 18'' to 19'' wheels weighing in between 19-24.5 lbs.

I'll keep you all posted these should be ready within the next 7-10 days. Pictures to come!

They may well look cool, but just a heads up, with the tires you'll need to still fit them under your wheel arches (presumably 30-35s), your ride quality will suffer. When I got my Mini it had some big chrome 19s on it, with rubber bands for tires just to fit under the arches (and it still rubbed at full lock), and you felt EVERY bump or hole in the road. When one of them cracked and I went back to stock rims/tires, the difference was astounding. Just a friendly heads up

thanks for the heads up... I wouldn't have gotten into this if I hadn't a clue as to what to expect. I am opting for an air ride from Air Lift Company out of california. Surprisingly I'll be able to tuck a 35-40 under there with some mild camber. I'll be sure to all well document it. When they come in.

Straight OG helix, haha. I wouldn't consider myself gangster in the least bit. Sometimes a little bit of a stance snob, but not gangster. Nothing like a little low and slow.

Only getting the Air-ride for the comfort not the slammed look. if i wanted to slam it I'd run something smaller and way more outlandish.
