Sunroof, ya, me too
So we got a good deal on our first cooper, a 2007 with only 32000 kilometres on it.
At a GM dealership. 2 months later our sunroof blew up as well. Tricky opening until finally it packed it in.
We did buy extended warranty but that only covers the motor part.
Well long story short the GM dealership is paying for the whole thing!
Surprised, yes, pissed at Mini for a crappy design flaw, an understatement.

This mobile app SUCKS, poor editing and very flakey
