Went to adjust the angles of my headlamps last night (i.e. U-D, L-R screws) and noticed when I turned in my headlamps that they do actually make that down and up movement on initial start up.... Well driver side does, the passenger side does not. I also notices that the driver side one sounds like its struggling and makes a stutters noise or a throbbing when going down then it comes back up. Any thoughts? Do I need to replace entire assemblies of is there an I adjust I need to make to free them up? Both were adjust evenly and I left room for them to go up or down.
