Another good experience at MAG, Dublin, OH

All,

Hope all MINIs are enjoying the snow and proving that, YES, these cars are more than OK in the weather.
Just checking in to once again give a thumbs up to our local MINI folks over at MAG in Dublin, OH.
It's always nice to have the place so close by, fully recognizing that some of the more dedicated MINI owners out there truly have to make road-trips to get to their closest location.

Declan had the 2.5 year oil/filter (my expense) today and, as usual, was told half jokingly, "You know you don't need to change the oil and filter yet?", to which I smiled and said, "I know..."
Still a fantastic car....no issues.....babied beyond belief and my wife adores her ride. Hard to believe it's only 6 months until the included service warranty expires.....8,500 miles so far (I know, I know....) of pure fun.

Got our latest MCS at MAG, too. Have not had it in for its first service yet but the sales process and our MA, Chad Freeman, were helpful and professional. This was quite an improvement over our previous experience when we attempted to buy our first MC there in 2007. At that time the MAG sales staff was less than helpful, bordering on rude, so we drove 100 miles farther to Cincinnati MINI. Cincinnati MINI is a great dealership but is farther away, so decided to give MAG another try. Glad we did.

Just another check in on this thread to let folks know that MAG MINI continues to shine in customer service. Took Declan in this morning for OIL and FILTER and Heather was very helpful and made every effort to speed up the service even though they were very busy (short one tech). Looking forward to their move into the new facility at the larger MAG complex....wow....what an awesome looking building. A "PROPER" MINI building!

Another satisfied MAG customer. You need to hook up with Mid-Ohio Motoring, a large group of MINI owners in Columbus. It's a fun group.

Good to hear MAG did a good job for you. Looking forward to seeing their new Temple of MINI building.

I didn't mind their old place, but I'm guessing MINI corporate did. Maybe since all the MINI's are getting so much larger they needed a bigger place to fit them in.
