Best way to connect iPhone 4S to 2008 MCS

I have 2008 MCS without Nav. I have USB & AUX ports below center console. I don't have factory Y-cable for connecting iPhone to Mini.

What's the best way to connect my iPhone 4S to my Mini? Here's what I am looking for in priority order:

Play audio from iPhone to my Mini stereo while charging at the same time
One cable/cable combo instead of one USB cable coming out from the bottom and one AUX cable coming out from the top
Control playback from my steering wheel
See track info on my stereo display

I do not want to pay $100 for factory part. Is it the only way to achieve all four above?

Thoughts?

The Y-cable is the way to go. Check Amazon and/or eBay, as there are clones out there for less than $20. I have both (MINI and Clone). They are virtually identical.
