Up for sale is the fiberglass enclosure I constructed to house a single Alpine Type S 15'' subwoofer in the hatch area of an R56. You must remove the jack/tools as well as cut off the cargo tie downs for this to fit. Easily done with a dremel. If you are pursuing custom audio, this is an easy install. The box is made in layers. First you have the main enclosure which is very thick fiberglass with an MDF top that is secured to the main enclosure with screws through a hardwood frame. Box is extremely sturdy and would cost more than twice this to have done in a shop. There is a cosmetic trim panel that goes over the subwoofer and then a false carpeted floor that sits even with the rear seats when they are folded down.

I previously had this listed with the subwoofer included, but I am seperating them. I will sell this enclosure for $150 plus shipping.

That looks like a really nice piece of work. I'm looking at getting a similar box made up and the estimate is $400 without a subwoofer. This is a steal!
