Is the mini worth keeping

I have an 03 cooper s bone stock except for a one ball mod and i know that this is not giving much power if any at all but im looking for something to put me in my seat a little more and befor i go and spend 2k on a pully exhaust cai and a tune and injectors is the 210hp enough to make me actually feel like im going fast while maintaining the peppy feel i have now

Start with just a pulley. It won't hurt the resale since it will be faster.

A 17% pulley will definitely make you kick yourself for not doing it sooner. The difference is noticeable.

I myself, would work my way down to a smaller pulley. Start small, and go smaller. If you just throw a 19% on it, to me, it doesn't seem safe for the motor or sc. It's going from spinning a little, to a whole bunch. I would work the engine up to it.

make sure if you install the smaller pulley to also install colder heat range spark plugs as well. I would recommend the kit that Way sells which includes pulley, shorter belt, colder plugs, tensioner stop and I believe a pulley puller rental.
