They should've rebalanced your tires and you'ld have weights in different spots than where they were on previous set.

Tire weights have no effect on your alignment, they're two separate things.

Mical is right, new tires will require weights of differening amounts and positions from those on the old tires. If your tires are running smoothly now you have no issue. If your car is pulling, you may have an issue with your alignment, but it has nothing to do with having your tires balanced unless the shop somehow damaged your car by hitting a curb on a test drive or something, which is highly unlikely.

If your tires are shaking when you drive between 45 and 65 mph, you may have to have them rebalance them

It usually takes some weights to properly balance a wheel/tire combination, but not always. Balancing doesn't affect alignment, but an out-of-balance wheel/tire can produce a vibration at speed, especially if it's on the front. If you don't feel any vibration, they're probably okay. Even if properly balanced initially, a tire that wears unevenly can become unbalanced and produce a vibration.
