So I ran out of time looking for a nice used set of ssr sp1's, my tires are gone so I'm going to buy new wheels as well i'm decided on the bfgoodrich KDW but i need some help with wheels. I decided on gunmetal color wheels, either polished lip or full color, 17x7, 17x7.5 I have a LB/B mini with the JCW kit.

Definitely a personal choice w/r/t the appearance you're trying to achieve.

For me: I can't stand cleaning brake dust out of little holes, so that would rule out a couple of your choices. Or plan on dustless brake pads...rare on MINIs, I've heard...

 

Aren't the MC's 18" though? Either way, I'll vote for the RB's with a polished lip.

EDIT: I stand corrected, they finally have MC's in a 17"

dark center will not show brake dust- still you need to keep it clean or the finish won't last

Breytons, and yes... I am biased. But dang they are a classy looking wheel. Not so hard to clean either.

 

MC or Breytons. Personally, I like the polished lip on the MC over the monotone color.
