Hey there, does anybody have a home remedy for a rattling back window? My 2009 MINI has this obnoxious rattle ever since I took it up to the track last week, it doesn't take much to get it to rattle. Small bumps, manhole-covers, even where the street goes from concrete to asphalt it goes absolutely insane...

I was initially thinking about just wedging a playing card into the window, but does anybody have a more cosmetically friendly suggestion?

I have a rattle that sounds like it's coming from the hatch, too, so I'm curious to see what people say...

 

Try to have it resealed and see if that fixes it.

 

Be sure that's what is rattling. I thought mine was and it turned out to be the seatbelt banging against the C pillar.

 

I had a rattle too and the dealer replaced the hatch latch. That took care of it.

 

I'll have the dealer look at the hatch latch... I was worried that from drifting I might've bent the rear frame or something, so I hope it's that bloody latch. Thank you very much!!!
