Mystery Button

I am the proud owner of an 07 MC with a button on the dash I have not been able to figure out. It is to the left of the steering column and shows a light with (it looks like) a number "2" on it. It has a tiny green LED that glows after I press it but I can't tell that turns any lights on; any ideas?

Thanks!

I believe it's for your driving lights (the ones on the grill)

Thanks Guys, I have the factory bumper mounted fog lamps that are controlled by a center toggle. I'll try the button with the high beams per Drobinson's suggestion. Thinking about going outside in my underwear to try this out.

not sure if you have a manual as you purchased the car. Of course if you had one it would not have helped you with this particular switch as it is not listed in the owners manual. but here is a link to the manual for you anyway.

Here are the install and use instructions for the Auxilary Lights that you have on your car. page 16 is where the use instructions start. Note: in the use instructions they use the term "headlight main beam" that refers to what americans call "high beams"

Dealer made me pay extra for that button when I ordered my car! Thought I was getting a toggle for my driving lights (that was how the order form states it), but it was a button when the car came in.

Thanks Everyone, that was it. I probably never would have figured that out
Thanks Schatzy for the Auxiliary Light Manual: it looks like I need to change a bulb, have had the covers on for quite awhile and didn't notice one was out!
