Suggestions for Boot Storage & Coat Hangers

I am a new R57 model - 2012 Highgate. Any suggestions for storage compartments for the boot/trunk? And any suggestions for coat hanging options (e.g., headrest mount, etc.)? Thanks.

What's a "Highgate?"

I have the trunk floor organizer but it doesn't do much but separate small stuff. As for packing for a trip, soft side luggage or duffles are best. Traveling, since there is just the two of us, we use the back seat for a big case and cooler and the trunk doesn't end up with much in it. As to hanging things, we don't.

@MMKV - The best way to securely store items in the boot is the cargo net. If I need more space, I just fold down one or both rear seats. Don't hang coats, just throw it in the back.

@AustinS - The Highgate is a 2012 special edition convertible. http://www.miniusa.com/specialAndLim.../highgate.html

1st rule of packing: When you get back from a trip seperate out all the stuff you didn't use and never pack it again. Several years of wilderness trekking have honed such skills. It's a learning curve. When you find yourself short of something, improvising and adapting are also a learned skill.

The two of us have made many road trips with a soft sided suitcase a medium size duffle and a set of clubs in a cart bag (have to lay the driver and 3 wood out seperately behind the fr. seat). Also, foul weather gear, a pillow for the co-pilot and a few other easy to reach minor accesories go on the back seat under the wind deflector.

Motoring is an adventure, make the most of it.

A thin hanging clothes bag will quite easily hang from the headrest post behind either of the front seats. For short trips (no highway) I hang my dry cleaning there. In either case, after hanging the item(s), I move the seat back until the front rests against the rear, clinching the hanging items.
