Does anyone know what happened to WAY??

Ordered a BSH CC 3 weeks ago, got an email the same day (Friday) saying hes at the dragon and things will be back to normal on Monday. By the next friday I hadn't heard anything, so I sent an email, follwed by another 2 emails, all with 0 response.

While the order history lists my order as backordered, it would certainly be helpful to at least get a response so I knew a time frame or so I could go elsewhere to get one and not have to deal with returning it after it finally comes in...

Hes always been helpful previous to this, just wondering if something happeend to him or his shop??

So you need him to send an email to tell you the part is backordered?

I ordered a part on Tuesday and it was shipped on Wednesday.
I also talked to him via email twice on Tuesday morning.

hmm, guess I'll have to look into this. I'm assuming it wasnt a BSH CC?

Not to sound like an *** (but I probably will), but did you pick up the phone? People today rely too much on emails that can easily be ignored/forgotten about, when a simple phone call can often get things sorted out in a few minutes.

I didn't mean to come off as a ****, but in the industries I've worked in over the years, people think email will give an immediate response. Calling tends to get the same results, with far less time involved. Granted, not everyone is the easiest to get in touch with via the phone, but it another weapon in your arsenal to get the information you seek.

I like email personally. But I'd definitely follow up with a call if I didn't receive a response.

No it wasn't sorry.
BUT I will be ordering one of these soon.
If Way is backordering these I may have to look elsewhere

Just saw this. You should have just called the shop as we've had the catch cans on back order for weeks now. BSH keeps saying they'll be here soon but have not delivered. NOBODY has them in stock.
I just searched my email and there are no emails from you, otherwise I try to respond to each email I get, but keep in mind that I get well over a 100 actual emails a day not including spam so they do fall through the cracks here and there.
I would give you an eta on the catch cans but I don't know when they will actually get here as I can't count on the eta I've been given. You will get a phone call or email once they are avail to confirm your order at that time. Also like all backorder situations we have not charged you for the part yet.

Thanks Way.

I sent one through the contact website, and one to each email on the order receipt.
But regardless, glad I got an update now.

Hope they come in soon! (hope BSH isn't stopping production on these either!)
