Track days are good for your engine oil
My MINI was telling me that it needs an oil change in 900 miles for the last couple weeks. After a 220mile lapping day at Pacific Raceways, now he is telling me it is 1000miles away from the oil change... Go figure 
Anyhow, how soon (in terms of miles) can I make an appointment for the free oil change?
