Tire warning

I had my ALL4's winter tires changed for my summer ones on Friday. When I picked up the car I saw there was a warning up, basically what looks like a low air pressure in a tire with an exclamation mark in it. Red but the way.

THe guy at the local garage wonders if the tires have to go back in the same spost they came from or if there is a reset.

Thoughts.

THis is driving me bonkers as now I have no speedo in front of my face and I find looking to the big dial on the right a bit much.

You should be able to do it using the configuration button that you use to change the other settings. It should be in your owner's manual. I just had to do the same thing for my Clubman when I got new tires.

Found it now I am a happy camper. Thanks guys.

Now onto why the passsenger air bag warning light is lit, with nobody in the seat. Looks like another Mini oddity.

You might want to do some searching - the passenger side warnings were discovered early. One thread:

Yeah it's not a chime warning, though that has happened a few times, I just buckle the seat belt. It is the warning light in the light display at the roof/windsheild. Says that the passenger air bag is off. If this happened with light things on the seay I could understand it, but this is on all the time.

That light is supposed to be illuminated, when no one is in the seat. If it's on when someone *is* sitting on the passenger side...*that* would be a problem.

Does anyone know if you can adjust the sensitivity of the passenger seat belt sensor? I had my tablet computer and my phone sitting on the passenger seat and the seat belt chime kept going off. Pick up my phone and it went off.

Does it only happen when your phone is connected to the Y-cable? Others have had this happen, but only when the phone is connected.

A mysterious MINI oddity.
