I couldnt really notice unless i looked close to it until yesterday when the weather was 80 degrees in newyork and sun was shining directly at my car and I was able to see it from block away lol
now I wanna get rid of it so much!!
I used wd-40 and paint thinner but both didn't work and i dont knwo what to do !

Just had another idea... get a piece of cotton thread and quadruble it up so you have a foot long piece of thread.
Wrap it around your fingers and pull it along the bumper... give it a little sawing action.
It should cut the stuff off.
It works to take off decals so it might work to remove the foam.
Good luck!

Don't use lacquer thinner, way to strong, attacks plastics, and most all paint.Try clay bar first,if that doesn't get it a fine rubbing compound or polish, and wax after that is what I would do.It should be fixable without damaging the paint.

There is a product called 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner. Its sold at auto paint stores, Wesco here in Seattle. Its for use on car paint to get off the decals and and badge glue. Maybe that would work on what you have?
