I found some parts from a salvage yard on "the big auction site" and put them in today.

The one behind the tach was very easy, just moved the tach and pulled straight out. The one on the cubby door was harder than I anticipated. It was hard to remove the old one without snapping the tabs off of the mounting plate/hinge mechanism, but it ended up going in fine.

We went from the stock wavy checkers to the brushed aluminum. It came out great.
