Just ordered my 2012 JCW

Just ordered my first MINI/JCW!

Eclipse Grey w/ White top =D

Negotiated for $250 worth of accessories.... Any one have any opinions on what's good to get? Was thinking the All Weather Floor Mats and Rubber Boot Mats.

Anyone have any recommendations on any mods I should do to make my JCW look or feel even more awesome than it already would?

congrats !

for all-season mats, I'd highly recommend Weather Tech.

and get the cargo nets for the back if you haven't already

I just put NM Torque arm inserts on mine, totally changes the shifting (for the better) and a JCW strut brace (equally as awesome) and yes you can feel the difference with the brace...

Good Luck, kids everywhere are going to love it

JCW's are a hit with kids

I saw that MINI is now offering the laser fitted, high side all weather floor mats (description is a lot like WeatherTechs). We have the WeatherTechs in our MINIs, so if you can get them from MINI, I would jump all over them. They ROCK!!

I'm def gonna check out the NM Torque arm inserts and the Strut brace. Would you mind if I asked how much the parts cost/install?

And I'm def gonna get some type of weathertech type floormats! Hopefully the MINI ones are just as good!

It was about $55 I think, got it from Way.

The strut I bought from the marketplace, mainly because I like the look. But it did tighten the front end up I got it for a steal $150, but performance everyone says rear sway is a must do.

I have not done it yet.

I bought the JCW checkered flag mats for my JCW - thought they looked good.

Nice looking valve stem caps are always good.

The Roadster we just took delivery of (not a JCW) had a cargo net, so MINI may have started supplying those? (dealer did not mention it being something the dealer was throwing in)

If apparel is possible, a MINI shirt etc. is nice - can start car conversations or let your fellow MINI owners recognize you outside of the car.

For performance, in my opinion all JCWs should have the JCW Suspension added. Loved it on mine and really believe that all JCWs should come from the factory with that suspension.

Enjoy your JCW!

Don

Guess that's standard now. Had to buy them back in the day.

I did notice that the one we bought back when had a MINI emblem tag on it and the new one was plain. Switched it out for our old one!
