Try this. hold down your window button for twenty seconds. come back? The first thing the dealer ship is going to do is try to intailize it. your harmon kardon wont have anyhting to do with it.

Sounds about how you reset it on my wife's Honda. I've had to do it a few times. She had someone back into her door and we had the door replaced by Honda under the guy's insurance. Get the car home and I realize they had to have disconnected all the electronics to replace the door so I'll need to go through the motions again.

Only problem, it'd roll up and down all day long but not on auto. I called them up and they figured I didn't know what I was doing and tried talking me through the procedure over the phone. Finally, I run it up to the shop and it was hysterical watching different SA's, techs and managers all trying to fix our auto up down. Finally they admitted that odd as it may be, it still runs the window up and down, somehow the auto function was broken in the accident. Calls to the insurance company for an additional part and we go that replaced. Annoying and humorous all at the same time.
