motoringbadges.com?

Has anyone ordered from motoringbadges.com? I ordered some badges on 12/21 and they still haven't shown up. No responses to an email I sent inquiring about my order.

Can anyone help?

Yes usually not an issue. Odd.

They usually ship fast? I guess I'll try to contact them again.

The only time I ever ordered from motoring badges, it took almost three weeks to arrive. No email whatsoever, no order confirmation or response to a question I sent. They did eventually arrive, however.

same thing from minimania, called after they havent shown in a week and a half ,[ i priority mailed them], person answering the phone stated they havent shipped was waiting on the holder, his words ... "may have it tomorrow or the next day or who knows" . didnt really seem to care . would be nice to get an email stating back ordered or when you order if they state out of stock etc. so sounds like the companies are all the same

Ordered some badges back on 1/23...nothing yet. Tried contacting through email, no response. needless to say I'm not very happy at all. Even if it took them 2 1/2 weeks to make the badge and get it shipped out it would be here by now. I'll never order from them again. If I ever wanted different badges, I'd bite the bullet and spend the money to order from Go badges. From what I hear they at least have customer service...too bad outmotoring.com doesn't have badges of their own, or else I would order from them hands down.

For what it's worth, motoringbadges.com is literally a one man shop, with a day job that isn't stamping out badges all day. He's good at making things right and responds to polite pestering.

deleted original comment due to humble pie. Todd responded to my email. I was pretty harsh, but I feel it was originally deserved. He apologized and said it was shipped almost 2-3 weeks ago. Said it was most likely lost in the mail and he will re ship them and should arrive soon. I'm not against second chances...If they really get here in the 2-3 days he stated this time (or even a week) ...I will order from him again.

Two weeks now myself on a small order to MotoringBadges, and no reply to my inquiry ...

UPDATE: arrival today -- twenty days.

Just wanted to reply back again here (late I know, scold me!) Well the badges did arrive practically the next day after hearing from Todd. They look great too. We're all impatient and he is a 1 man job. To anyone who orders, if they don't show up in about 3-4 weeks, send a few polite inquisitive emails to light a fire under his bum!

i have ordered badges from gobadges on tuesday and they arrived saturday, thats twice ive ordered from them with the same results , also outmotoring , they have also shown up within the week , so theres your best places to order, however gobadges has the largest selection of the badges [as they should] in stock, where others i think order them and/or they only have a handful of them in their stock.
