My CM stands up against a tree.
Spent the weekend up in Estes Park, and it seems that the winds topped about 100MPH. The result was a few trees coming down, and one landed on my MINI.
I got pretty lucky, the Subaru and minivan surrounding my MINI took the brunt of the force. We got the tree off the car and found a nice surprise.
A few scratches, some sap, but nothing major at all. Was happy to see how well my CM stood up to everything.

Dude... no... I'm really sorry to hear that.
Hope that everything buffs out for you. The Subaru didn't look nearly as lucky.

It's amazing how strong the CM structure is (as one who has tested his CM4) - congratulations on your fortunate outcome.

Wow, good catch.
Actually sorry to see that tree laying across our twin sister from Boulder.
Should be able to get all the scratches and sap rubbed out.

I bet that was a pleasant surprise! The first picture makes it look like the MINI was crushed!

So far it looks like only surface scratches. I suspect I'll find a few minor dents when I can get him all cleaned up, but I was astonished at the state of things when we got the tree off.

Mine squatted for the first couple of month. But, when his exhaust note changed he started using trees, too.
Sealy - Who's glad all is OK.

That penguin on the seat doesn't look worried at all ;-).
Just got my cm back from a shop after hitting a deer - $4500 damage. She came home fine and running great!

I'll bet that guy to your left has a very disturbed hood on his ride. Looks like it absorbed the entire weight of the tree. You lucked out.
