Thanks on the roof comment. That was one of the selling points on the three that I looked at. I wish she wasn't as dirty as she is, but I couldn't wait much longer to take pics of her, even though there is a freaking hurricane going on.

I am ... gonna take it back to the dealer this coming Friday to have a few bugs worked out (passengers side door speaker is out, can't get headlight washers to come on no matter what I do and fender trim is coming off.) Other then that, I am really love this lil pocket rocket.

If you have the Owner's Manual, check page 50 which has a good diagram that shows.

If ya don't have that, it's all the way down for the headlight washer system.

I do have the manual and read though it, went outside and had someone watch the headlights while they were on and went through about half a bottle of fluid trying in burst, solid and back and forth times of spray to get them to activate. No luck.

Not sure, how would I check to see which brand I have? Oh and what part of NH you live in? My mom's side came from Kittery and I am VERY familiar with Portsmouth. Ever have a Gilley's hot dog or a Moe's Italian or better yet, played pool at Legends and THEN had a Gilley's hot og at like 2am?

By the way I keep seeing talk about my color matches roof. Is this not a common paint job?

White roofs are stock. Colors are an option.

Pure Silver/ Black roof is the most common color config I have seen...and Chili red/Black roof....colored roof is pretty rare.

Welcome from just down the road in Topsham. Just sold my 2002 Pure Silver MCS. Congrats on the car. You will love it. If you haven't already, think about buying a Bentley manual. They are helpful, along with NAM.

Nice looking car, as a photography tip, turn your wheels so it is flush within the well when you are taking the picture, like so:

Rock on ... what do you have for a car now? Any chance you have found your way over to EPTuners.com (Empty Pocket Tuners) a Maine based site? I help mod that board and it's been a HUGE help over the years with cars but as of now I'm the ONLY Mini owner so it's kinda cool.

Yea, these were my first pics and were a QUICK set due to the storm. I will be taking some better pics very soon. Gonna take a weekend coming up, shine her up and hit the road with a few other friends. Thanks for the advice by the way, always open to learning new tips and tricks here and there.

Thanks, the weather sucked that day and I think my sub pump in my basement ran for 13 or so hours straight. But it's gone and what I hear there might be another one coming ... suckage :-(

I have set it up to purchase a 2006 MCS JCW in dark silver. I will be picking it up in about two weeks. Other then that I still have my 1971 Triumph TR6 and the trusty 1994 Mazda B4000 pick um up. And it looks like Katia is heading out to sea. Maybe some rough surf but we should be in the clear.
