I want to buy new rims for my mini. Found these on craiglist for $200.
is it a good buy or should i offer less money

How would you verify that they are not bent?
Personally I would be leery.

But that is just me. The price does seem very attractive.

 

That is a pretty good price but from the photo it looks like the rims have damage on the edges such as curb rubbing damage. The reasonable price depends on how much damage there is and how much damage is acceptable to you. I would ask for more photos and look at them in person.
