I have a 2011 Mini Cooper S w/ the Stock Ipod Adapter and HK sound system. One thing I have noticed is that there is no way to efficiently select the artists. When I select Artist it just provides the list in Alphabetical order and I have to scroll allllll the way down if I want a band that is later in the Alphabet. Is anyone aware of a hack or software update that will allow me to select a specific letter or range of letters (similar to how the BT phone kit sorts your contacts)?

 

Not if you press the Artist Button.

But if you put to gether play lists of A, B, C etc then pressing the palylist button will allow you to scroll to the letter then select that then it will list the artists you can scroll thru then select that then you will have albums to select from.
