There has been a change!!! The wishbone arm that slides in to the PSRS is shorter on the 2011. I know this for a fact! I was installing it on my '09 and a buddy of mine that was helping broke the boot on the universal joint, so I had to buy a whole new wishbone. However, ALTA knows this and has modified the PSRS to fit on the '11 models. I don't know if you have to special order it or anything, because there isn't an option for it on the site. If you e-mail them they will tell you what the deal is, but I know it will fit.

Plus, it makes a huge difference, I love it!

I stand corrected; thanks njeltema!

I've installed the Powerflex bushings on a 2011 so I know they will work, but not sure about the others, the customer thought about the PSRS, but didn't want any noises.

If Jeff or Chris are telling you they haven't changed for 2011, I guess it's true, here is a copy of the e-mail Jeff sent me, I guess it changed for 2010??? Either way, they have modified the metal cylinder at the center of the PSRS with three more holes to allow it to fit on the new wishbones...

We made a change a while back for the newer cars, but are you saying you have the shorter one (found on 2010 cars and newer) then you got a new on from the dealer that was longer? Or the other way around. If the replacements are shorter that really sucks! I do have new center pivots that will work on the shorter one. Just so you know!

alex123, just curious, what issue are you trying to resolve going to the PSRS?

what Chris told me on the phone is that PSRS has been verified for 2010, but not for 2011. we have not discussed if/when changes to the front suspension. if i were to decide to go with PSRS, considering labot involved to install these, i'd want to have empirical data that it works with 2011s

hey slinger, no problem - when i was tracking the car last time (stock pads, stock runflats, NM springs, RSB) the car was very unstable (i.e. wiggle) under hard braking and there was some wheel deflection when riding over curbs or tarmac seams. at least with the former, i am pretty sure it was the case of stock pad/tire, especially since the rear was wiggling much more than the front. next track day i will be on a better pad for sure and prob better tire, so let's see if i get more braking stability. however if that does not happen, i am thinking it might be stock bushings giving in, and PSRS might be the next step. thus, i am trying to figure out now if it works with 2011s, in case i need to go there.... hope this makes sense...

2008 Wishbone

2011 Wishbone

I know the shorter one is a 2011, the stock number is stamped on one with an -08 and the other is an -11. Empirical enough?

The wiggle at hard brake might still be there even with the upgraded tires and pad. I am still dealing with some wiggle, usually at 130 mph down to 80 mph at the bus stop at the glen. I think poly fronts might help. Imam thinking about doing that but may do it in conjunction with a larger front sway bar.

I have done some of them in the back but not all. I have poly in the rsb bushings, and the lower control arm bushings. The rest are still rubber.
