I'v narrowed it down to two sets of rims but now I'm stuck I’m not sure which ones to choose.. I have a 2010 PW Mini S, I’m putting on the Jcw front aero kit and break ducts within the next week or so, there on order already. Now i just need to choose rims to go with the car. I’m going with 17" either style, any suggestions?

Yeah, me too...unless you plan on throwing a can of "Red" paint at your car, I would stick with #1 for aesthetics!!

 

i'll make this easy... i like #2. not crazy about the red, but it actually might work, especially if you paint the calipers to match.

And - your car is a GREAT candidate for my side marker "downgrade" to Justa trim. It's all black and would go GREAT with your color scheme.. these things are dirt cheap (I found my pair on Ebay for $15), and take about 15 seconds to install...

I was thinking about getting rid of the chrome and making it all black but not sure if the red and off white works well. Maybe doing a red rear sway bar and paint the calipers to accent the rims a little

 

My "S" on the rear hatch is PW also...

 

Number 1 looks good o me.

 

I vote #2. Both our PW MINI's have black wheels with red pinstripes. IMHO it's a sportier look than #1. Good Luck with your decision...

 

Do you have any pics of them on the car? & did you get rid of any of the chrome or leave it?

 

I like the style of no 2 but not the red pinstripe

 

Thanks for the advice everyone! I went with the first ones just ordered them. I got a great deal I couldn’t pass up so I had to jump on it. Just over $700 4 17” rims with 215x45x17 tires and tuner lug nuts shipped out I can’t wait to put them on I’ll put up a pic after they get here

i got them off ebay the seller has a store and after some back and forth he got a great deal for me. Check out the ebay stores that are newer or discount wheel where house had some good deals too. Good luck!!
