Everytime i get on the gas (full throttle) the a/f gauge slams into the VERY rich section of the gauge, and as it gets closer to 6800 it gets even more rich!! By 6800 rpm the second to last green led it lit up! This can't be right, or can it? I know our cars run rich, but that much? Doy ou guys think a chip will yeild better gas mileage? And should i wait for the giac chip, or go for something else?

are you using v36?? If so, this proves they just made the car run rich to fix the yo-yo/stumble issue

So how much power do you think there is to gain with a corrected A/F curve? 11:1 is acceptable, but getting to almost 9:1 is just nutts! We need to run some a/f tests on some chips to see if they lean out the curve more...

Sleepless got some good results going from stock (run 1) to 15% pulley (run 4) to 15% pulley and Evotech chip (run 7):

that is really trully amazing!!!!! the pulley gained 13.29 hp on the top end, and the chip gained 15.09 on the top end!! Now i'm thinking if i should wait for the giac or if i should just go with this... GEZZ i can't believe those numbers!

PS: Watch, the new thing to have is going to be this chip...

Wouldn't that be too much power? I know just about nothing when it comes down to electrical stuff...

I should offer the caveat that jlm had virtually no change in his dyno numbers before and after installation of the Evotech chip. They tried another revision with the same disappointing results. So, consistency may be an issue.
