Starting to worry on my car delivery . . .

Car was dropped off at port in California on 5/3 and was supposed to be at dealer on 5/9. Then it changed to 5/16 and now it is 5/19. Was planning on picking up this weekend, but that looks questionable at best. Communication at the dealer I am purchasing from is terrible. I have to initiate all communication and most times it is one way communication. Having thoughts that something had to of happened to the car during transport. Do the dealers get notified of any damage that VDC fixes?

you should not worry, my dealer was worst. It felt like I was doing the favor buying a mini. It took 3 weeks after the car got to the dealer, that i was able to pickup car.

Dealers do get notified of damage. Remember, they get paid only after you drive the car away. They are on your side.

I got mine 3 days after it arrived at port in California. I would get some answers from your MA. Probably damaged, but hope not for your sake!

Just got word it was delivered to dealership this evening. Hoping to be able to pick up this weekend. Will have to ask more questions on if it sustained any damage during shipment.

more than likely they were waiting to fill an 80'er up with cars going in that direction.

My first thought is that they were waiting for a full truck before heading out. With gas prices the way they are, the trucking companies are not allowing partially full trucks to make deliveries if they can help it. My MCS sat in Savannah (just 4+ hours away) for over a week before heading to Atlanta!

I agree. Maybe the boat came in right after the truck it was supposed to be on filled up and had to wait for the next one. Let us know if there was any damage.
