trading in wife's FJ for a Clubman S.. LOVED the FJ and off roading, but gas was tough...still want something fun...be back in about 5-6 hrs...dealer is 140 miles away

Congrats! I love my Clubman S!

 

I sold my 2010 Jeep Sahara for the same reason. Fuel cost. The Clubman is great. Close to 3k and flawless so far.
Congrats and let the Uification begin.

I did the same thing in '08 because of the fuel prices (was driving an F-150 King Ranch). Loved that Justa Clubbie, but it was totalled out in Dec so I got my '11 S. Haven't been this happy with a vehicle in a looooong time! I think it's a safe prediction to say you won't have any regrets.

Where are the pictures of your Ice Blue Clubman?

 

evidently he got lost on all the curvy roads on the way back to the dealership having to much fun to stop

 

He made a post on another thread not too long ago. Perhaps he chose a different color at the dealership.

 

Nope still got the Ice Blue and yes having too much fun and also working...plan to got a nice shot of it Wed...then IF I can get my old skool brain to figure out how to post it...well, that is a challenge for a different day

 

Here's a picture of my new baby - just off the truck last night and I'm picking it up tomorrow. I guess not many ice blue produced with a silver top - they only found one available in the US. I wasn't sure how it would look but I couldn't be happier!

 

Wow, that looks really nice. Take pictures of the boot for us. That is the first Clubman I have seen in pictures with a silver top. Congratulations on your purchase.

Looks good, I really like the Ice Blue color. It reminds me of the old silk green color from the first gens.

Awesome choice! I agree the Ice Blue reminds me of Silk Green in its retro Art Deco "complimentariness" to MINI's iconic design.
