Hey all yesterday i was on I-85 doing about 75-85 mph i went to open the sunroof and the damn thing wouldnt open it would attempt to but wouldnt even go up. but after slowing down to about 45-50 i tried it again and opened with no problems any thoughs on this?

 

I think there might be a speed sensor for the sunroof, I too noticed once as I was actually exiting the highway, I was still doing around 55-60 and I went to vent it up and it wouldn't go, but a few seconds later i was down to around 40 and it opened fine.

naah, I wouldn't worry about it-when that happened to me, I thought i was experiencing sunroof problems too like some of the posts i've read on here, but I really don't think it's anything wrong with the car, just another one of its many quirky features.

 

Hmmm...maybe it's a new thing because my 2009 doesn't do it.

 

Just curious, But it doesn't sound too noisy at 70MPH? i cant stand it.
