Well for my birthday (1/28) I decided I wanted a plate for my MINI (R56 S) so I went down to the DMV and paid my renewal fee and applied for a personalized plate. I was told when I applied to expect a denial letter in the mail in approximately 4-6 weeks. I was greeted with this in the mail yesterday (3/8)



Out with the old and in with the new...

 

Nice one...!!!!But It took that long for it to arrive?I got mine from Virginia DMV in 8 days...

 

Georgia "Prestige" plates take about 4 weeks. I wish we had the number of plates to choose from the Florida does .

As a prior resident of the Sunshine State, I am surprised that they didn't deny it but it DOES ROCK!!! Good job!

 

I know me too. the girl even told me it would be denied but I insisted to ask her to put it though. I guess the boys stamping this thing had a good laugh too. I owe the inspiration to Mark (OrangeCrush) I wanted something MINI related, funny, and offensive (mildly)...this was it.

 

I am down with mildly offensive. Keeps the up-tights on their toes!
