Bonnet stripes

I'm excited to get my Countryman, and am planning to add stripes to the bonnet. A couple of questions:
- Other than the OEM stripes (which I don't like), who else has stripes released for the Countryman? What I want isn't fancy, so I don't see where I'd need to go down the custom route
- How hard is it to install the stripes myself? If not, anyone know of some vendors in the Atlanta area where I can bring my car, where it won't cost an arm and a leg?

Thanks in advance for your responses!

Try Aesthetic Creations in Phoenix. I like the products and work they do.

Self install, if you have the skills is pretty easy, per what I have read. Never done stripes myself.

I'm about to order mine from mini graphics online. They are in the UK and have a few different styles for the countryman.

Check out the "Show Us Your Stripes Thread"

I had mine installed by a Vehicle Lettering Shop which installs logos and company names on cars. Cost...$150 for the installation.

Click on the link below to see the forum's small but growing collection of Countryman with stripes:

Could someone please post a link to said company? Did a search and found lots of interesting companies (one that does interior design for dollhouses or some such nonsense) but didn't see a graphics place in the UK.
Thanks,
Annette

It's a vinyl graphic. Probably 3M 2 mil. High Performance Premium Vinyl (or at least I'd hope so for the money).

All you need is a spray bottle of soapy water and a semi-stiff squeegee (like a bondo squeegee).

and a good eye or measuring tape. Piece of cake to install then go to the beach for the rest of the day.

Thanks,

My good friend down in Z-Hills could hook you up. That is, if you want to drive that far. He's real good. Does tractor trailers for guys that come in from all over the country. PM me if you want his website.

I think I found a link to the company. This link goes directly to the design I'm leaning toward: https://www.mini-graphics.co.uk/inde...mart&Itemid=80

On edit: those swirls would be a breeze to install the way I described above. A lot easier than a wide bonnet stripe, not that a wide bonnet stripe be too difficult either.

I just ordered the swirls in white, for my surf blue Countryman. I can't wait to see the looks on people's faces/comments I get when they see my very unique MINI!
