Is OutMotoring normally this slow?

We ordered one item on the 14th, but haven't received it or even had a notification that it is being shipped. We sent an email to inquire, but haven't had a response. I don't want to be impatient, but I am wondering if they are always this slow or if I should try calling them to make sure all is okay.

I know that they are going to be closed through the 23rd, but they were open until like last Friday. I had a similar issue, and the problem was that the part supplier was backordered and Aaron had forgotten to email me. I called them and everything got straightened out.

You get something exciting?? I ordered a new cold air intake from them.

Yeah youll get a prompt reply if you just call him vs. posting a thread on it lol.

Aaron is always very quick to help answer questions. But like his site says, theyre out for a bit.

Maybe his house finally sold, and they were moving?? Could very well be.

Well I wanted to know if I should just be patient a little longer before I started being the annoying customer I totally missed the part where they weren't going to be around for a while, so I will just give it a few more days and then give them a call if I don't hear anything. Maybe they just didn't get around to our order before they took off. Good to know it is unusual to not hear from them, there are lots of things I want to order!

Nothing as exciting as that! The hubby just ordered the one-touch sunroof module for me as a valentine gift

Aaron took a well needed break. Back on the 23rd. I will not get my parts from anyone else. Very professional and honest. Don't forget the white roof radio 5% code word.
My $.02 worth

Code word?

Well, I will just assume they didn't get around to our order in the < three days they had it before taking time off. I guess it is a small operation? I can understand how that might happen then. I won't hold it against them, just glad to know they seem to have a good reputation. It definitely makes me feel better about the long list of things I plan to buy from them

They posted a notice on their site about being on vacation. I, too, ordered an item. They will be back on the 23rd, and they thank us for our patience.

Looks like they are back! Got an email from them today that said our item was out of stock, so they had it drop shipped from the manufacturer. Hopefully it will be here soon.
