Question - Fuel Door

Was hoping some owners can chime in... Placed an order for my countryman this wknd (yay!, but now the wait begins) and noticed there was a notch on the fuel door. Is there no internal release/locking mechanism for it? If no lock, do people use some sort of locking cap or something? I guess its not a big deal, I just have not seen a car without a lock/release in a while. Not really concerned about siphoning, just maybe someone messing in it since I have to park in public lots.

Thanks for chiming in.

It locks with the doors, so when u unlock the car the gas door unlocks.
