The dealer just returned my '06 JCW S after replacing the flywheel and clutch for the second time. There was minimal wear on the clutch, but glazing on the flywheel.

The problem is that soon after receiving the car I noticed that it was difficult to shift into reverse, and then first and now second gear is also very difficult. It is definitely getting worse everytime I drive the car.

What is the the problem?

I'll leave the car with the dealer on Tuesday, but I am really curious to hear what this forum thinks.

Sounds like it could be the clutch slave cylinder needs to be bled more, or is perhaps bad.
