Looks like our CMs are very similiar - what interior did you get? The OL switched me to sched for prod on 1/13. I called me my MA and he found out it was started on 1/11. From what I am ready the OL is always delayed.

I am just assuming March for me. Keep the goal reasonable, but will always be happy with a surprise.
Just talked to my MA and I am scheduled for prod on Jan 24 now. Slipped a few days. My MA said it would definitely be in sometime in Feb but with production now not starting until Jan 24 I have my doubts.
So, I'm confused about the talk about what "week" you are in... My MA sent me an actual screen shot of the dealerspeed software mini/bmw uses. It shows my status "112", the port of entry, ssipoa (brunswick, georgia). And the scheduled completion date of 2/5/11, nowhere do I see any "production week" numbers.. Is this something your MA's are telling you or is it an actual designation I cannot see? Just curious.
As for the OL delay, my vehicle has been "scheduled for production status 112" since 1/11/11, and OL still doesn't reflect the change.. quite a delay.

Yay 3rd weekers!!! I am due 1/18. My MA from the beginning was telling me delivery was to be the end of Feb. I was pretty doubtful, but the last time I was in I talked to the Mgr. (who gave me my week) and he also said end of Feb. So we shall see......

Having gone through the process, here is some unsolicited advice. Forget about OL as it is woefully behind reality. Check the automated system at 866-ASK-MINI and/or the live reps there. Their data is accurate and should mirror the dealers info. Once your car arrives at Bremerhaven however ASK-MINI is out of the loop and you'll have to rely on your dealer. Memorize your production number and pump it into ASK-MINI early and often.
Yes, production week is a real status item and is listed on the VIR. If your MA doesn't know where to find it, have them check with the sales manager.

Cars are loaded on vessels based on their destination. Find out what your destination port is, consult the shipping schedule on the WW site and you may be able to figure out which ships you have a shot at although not all ships are on the WW line.
My OL actually updated within 24 hrs. Pretty speedy given all the issues.
@Ryanzak, Regarding what week: Just which week of the year your car is scheduled to complete. Your MA should have the info; if you're at status "112" you haven't started yet. Once you get to 150, you're actually in production. Sounds like you're probably in week 5 or 6.
Waiting to get to the fun "track the boat" stage!

If your order has an allocated production slot, your dealer knows which week your car is scheduled to be produced. Ask them, there is no need to guess. Having said that, even a scheduled production week is subject to getting moved up or back. But just ask your dealer for the date as it is in their system.
