After posting in an earlier thread I've had a number of members asking for the same service. If you want to know all the options your car has from the factory post the last 7 digits of your VIN and your email address. If you would rather PM me that's fine too, but beware my box keeps filling up . Hence why I made this thread

This is only to see your options on the car. This will NOT show any service history, nor any accident report.

You can also go to MINIUSA.com and join the Owner's Lounge, this requires your VIN. All the original options of your car will be listed there.

I signed up at the Owner's Lounge and didn't see anything specific to my car other than the fact that it's Chili Red/W and it's an S. I may be missing the link though.

The only time I saw my options on OL was during production. After delivery those links go away.

So I finally got signed up and then I don't see the options part as previously discussed. I only have 1 maintenance record shown for 23k miles. Does the record change via the owner or dealership?

 

Is it too late to get the info on this one?

You can only see options when the car is in production. The options page disappears and can no longer be accessed when your MINI is shipped.

I thought the Service Log contains only what is recorded by the owner but if you have something there that you did not put then I may be wrong?

You can download PDF's of your owners manual for years '02 to '09 but NOT '10

Not much else useful on OL unless you have a loan through MINI Financial That part is all up to date of course....

Thanks, I already DLed the manuals and have figured out most of what car with the car. But being the 2nd owner makes things a little trickier to truly know what I have. I did get the print out for the Bluetooth retrofit kit for the car...why it costs $1000 to do it after the fact I haven't a clue...next time I will order a new one to get what I want. At least the Finacial Services thing works, otherwise the OL seems a bit useless.
