Nothing. . You have Hot Climate Version & Cold Climate Version. This is where the cars are being deliverd to and mostly for the shipping procedure. In some cases they may change certain things, but this is mostly done to BMWs. There is no option list out there where it will tell you what everything means, but I should be able to answer most questions.
