correct K&N drop-in part number?
Hey guys; I have a 2003 NON-S mini cooper. Various forum posts and part finding engines tell me I need one of these:
K&N 33-2885

K&N 33-2239

K&N 33-2270


Which one is the right one? Thanks in advance guys!

Is your engine size 1.4 or 1.6 ??
That is the choices on their website.

What size is your engine 1.4L or 1.6L ?
That is the choices on their website for that model (NON-S) and year.

I've seen people say the 2270, but what concerns me is that K&N's site says that one is for the S model.

looks like you could measure it... one is like 8.5" (2239) and the other 10.5" (2270)

id lean towards the 10.5" (2270)

the 2885 is very oddly shaped. says it for an 2005

hmm that's one of the sites that is adding to my confusion.

I don't know why, but when I select 02-06 5-speed it presents the sku as being 33-2885.
