Looking for a cell phone holder with Nuvi ball receiver

Ok, I have started thinking of things I need (should say want) for my new MINI.
I like the GoMiniGo GPS mount, but would like to use this mount also for my cell phone. What I am looking for a cell phone holder with a Garmin ball receiver. I want to be able to switch between the GPS and cell phone as needed.
Has anyone seen one? I've tried searching, but cant find anything.
I have a blackeberry in a soft cover, so it would have to be a universal holder.
let me know, Thanks

I even wrote to gominigo, and haven't heard back from them.
An internet search hasn't come up with anything either....
hmmmm, I would think there would be a market for this.

Actually very possibley not as you are the first to ask about it in the 2+ years i have been on this forum and of the ohter three car forums I frequent I have seen not request for this item.

I personally would wnat both aat the same time so there isa mount for the phoen and for the GPS one on either side of the wheel

Since I use my cell phone a lot more than my GPS, I want to be able to switch them out. I like gominigo's bracket, and want to get the single mount and mount it to the left.
I want to be able to interchange them as I need to. I see gomini has a ball mount holder for the iPhone....hopefully they will get back to me.

Alan,
No, I never received a message.
Email me again, because I have another question
regarding mounting of the bracket too.
Thanks

I've thought about posting this in the "Dorky Cheapskate Mods" thread some time ago but it looks appropriate now for this one. About a year ago I ended up fashioning my own Blackberry Storm bracket to work with my Nuvi ball mount. I recognize this is on a 1st Gen MINI but I think it would be equally applicable to 2nd Gen.

Both components came off fleaBay. The cradle is just a standard Garmin Nuvi cradle being sold as a separate unit. The phone holder came from an online vendor in Australia that was selling Storm auto mounts. It came with the bracket and a separate suction cup component. I ended up chucking the suction cup part and just kept the phone bracket.

I cut the bottom off of the Nuvi cradle and just epoxy'ed it to the back of the bracket to create the mount. I had to file off a couple of high spots of plastic on the cradle to make it flush for fastening to the bracket:

Here's it is mounted in place on the Kuda ball mount:

...and here's what it looks like with my BB Storm on it:

Simple to fabricate, and it works quite well.

Looks like I will be making my own as well. My phone battery last way longer than the battery on the Garmin and I don't really want to run power to my Craven mount. I also like that the Craven is barely noticeable without the Garmin on it.

Very cool.
That is exactly what I have in mind.
I want to pick up a universal holder and epoxy a garmin
recepticle to it. Perfect.
Thanks for the pics too.
I have to do this.

Thumbs up for the Kuda mount. The Craven mount is a close second
