My "new" Mini from Canada!!

I went up and ended up picking it up myself from Barrie Ontario, 1600 miles in two days. It was a bit rough. Here are the pix though!! I'm the one taking the pictures that's my dad tying it up. I'm the young one in the last picture.

Walked away with the mini plus a new front bumper for 1500 bucks!!

Nice ride! Looks like you found yourself a project car for sure. Does it run? I ended up driving 1000 miles over a weekend to pick mine up.

Cheers,
Jeff

Nice find. Can always put a honda 1.8l engine into that. Its a pretty common swap.

Next time when tailoring anything you want to keep the weight over the wheels as much as possible. Having weight too far forward isn't good for the tow vehicle.

Yeah we tried to think of anything to fix that but due to the tie down method on the uhaul trailer we didn't really have much choice. We weren't very happy with uhaul trailer. Itgot the job done but it's too bad they didn't rent a smaller trailer. Oh well.

Yeah, needed to put some 2x4s in the tracks to make the uhaul trailer work better. Looks like it will be a fun project!
