Nice job. Oh, and I had a Swift (Metro sibling). They can be fun cars too. Good luck with the MINI. You'll have fun!!!

Thank You,
I stuffed a G13b into my 96 metro. That was kinda fun!! Here's a pic 10 min. before I pulled the motor to sell it. She ran awesome for 5 years and 71K miles. I made all the motor mounts, linkages and a harness to plug into the factory Sweift Gti ECU. Straight 2.5" exhaust and a HUGE GRAPEFRUIT SHOOTER!! (Its all I had laying around)

19 pounds?!? I hope your supercharger holds up with that kind of boost. Isn't stock psi around 8?

I was thinkin the exact same thing! I've been trying to figure out what is all done to it. But the pulley has no name on it. I'm thinking pulley, intake, injectors, and a tune. The bolts that you would have to remove to get to the injectors have been wrenched. The thing is really fast!!! We build stage three Audi S4's to 400whp all the time. I have no problem hanging with the 300whp S4's through 4th gear. I'm gonna get the JCW part numbers for the injectors and see if thats what I have.

Any ideas as to the best exahust to get?

My 06 MCS is stock besides an Alta Intake, and I'm pulling 12 lbs of boost.

Interesting, I was highly considering selling my MINI for a B5 S4.

How well do you hang from a roll with a Stage 2 S4?

Thank you!
This crushes the myths of a stock MCS having 6 to 8 lbs.

From a second gear pull, I jump ahead about a car length, by the top of fourth the S4 gets even and starts to pull a bit. I only leap ahead because the super charger throws down 14 lbs instantley, while he's still spooling. He spikes to 19 and holds 17. My boost climbs the whole way, at about 4800 I peak @ 19.

Nicely done. Did you do all of the repair work yourself? I like to see people that are doing their own work on their cars.

Your Mini looks great My guess would be that you have a 19% reduction pulley.

Yes, I bought it from an insurance company, after a month of afterwork "work" it's a great ride

At 30mph I put it in second to hear it under a bridge at full acceleration. I've been watching youtube vids of 15%, and they just didn't seem to be hitting the level of high pitch scream from the charger at 5,500rpm as mine does. I think I'm gonna stick with the 19% theory.

Did you just replace the hood completely or re-work it?
Wondering because I've got a nice dent in the bulge in the center of the hood I picked up last night on the drive home. If you re-worked it, any pointers?
