Suspension h&r rss club sport question

h&r rss club sport question
i just bought a set of h&r rss club sports and was wondering if it is a direct bolt on or will i need to buy other stuff for a proper fitment. will the rss springs fit where the stock springs go
and from what i hear i might need a extra set of kidneys
