So the passenger side door is definitely shut. I can't figure out whether or not it's frozen shut or if the bowden cable has snapped. I'm guessing frozen shut considering the outside door handle acts like it doesn't want to engage. Also the driver's side I can't even get out unless I roll down the window and open it from the outside. I did some searching but couldn't find a part number for the bowden cable. If anyone could give me some ideas on the best route to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. Hope you guys enjoy the picture.

 

Sounds like it is just froze up. Try to get it warmed up and see if it thaws out.
