Ok, after 6 months of ownership and closing in on 9000 miles here are my kills so far:
2 subaru wrx
1 acura integra
1 acura rxs type s
1 mitsubishi eclipse
1 mitsubishi gt2000
too many honda rice burners to keep track of and some other not so memorable prey.

Got spanked real bad by an audi tt (twin turbo) but it was fun anyway. It's all good!

03 mcs, 15% reduction pulley/ Alta intake.

The audi belongs to a friend of mine. It is stock but my mcs was no match anywhere. The Audi is simply superior in every way.

I was suprised that you actually beat some scoobys, until I read that you had the pulley and intake. The WRXs dont even put out that much when you look at a dyno, that damn awd system soaks all the power up. Sport Compact Car measured whp on a 2002 as 167 hp and 167 tq. So it's definately not suprising, considering that it weighs more as well. Everything else on that list didnt even stand a chance, but refresh my memory as to what a gt2000 is.

I guessed as to the car model but a neighbor has one like it, tomorrow I'll take a look at his car and tell you what it is.

With the right sort of twisty road, a MINI can outperform basically any sportscar out there.

If drag racing at stoplights, lots of sports cars will kill the MINI.

Just for fun, I'd be willing to race just about anything with my stock MCS as long as I get to choose the road

Not in actual handling ability – no way.

A twin turbo TT? I've never heard of such a model... Hrm...

edit: just looked at the Audi site... mentions two intercoolers, but nothing about the turbos.... two turbos on a 4cyl? Still not a slow car... 6.3 0-60... but not light either at 3200+ lbs...

Twin Turbo?! Now I really feel impressed as I ate one on about a half mile of road -- and it wasn't all twisties!

So it was a 3000gt not a gt 2000 like I was thinking but I wasn't behind it at the time to get to see what model it was.
By the way not all Audi TT are twin turbo, but you'll know when you come across one on the road. The Road I raced the TT on was a very twisty road and although I wasn't getting dropped like a potatoe I could see when his car went into powerband as he could start pulling away a little. It didn't seem like the awd was giving him any advantage on the more twisty as the mini would close in and stay glued to his tail.
Kids, don't try this at home!

Is this an aftermarket twin turbo kit for the TT? Just curious, as I know there is a single turbo version of the TT.

Yah... the only twin-turbo Audi I'm aware of is the 2.7T, which is not offered in the TT... Hrm...

Regardless, it's always fun to keep on the tail of cars with a higher $$ and supposedly higher performance.

I have a TT.
There is no twin turbo.

Mine is the 1.8t (single exhaust pipe) 180hp.
Then there is the 225 TT (dual exhaust).
Both have the 1.8T engine. The 225 has a larger turbo, dual intercoolers, software, etc.

It is the 225 then, it is my friend's car and he says it is stock. He said it's a twin turbo but I guess he ment dual intercooler. It was fun anyway.
