I'm trying to decide on stripes and I really like the look of black on chili red body. But I have a white roof and am wondering what black strips would look like. I'm not sure of what the difference between the viper and other stripes are but I like the style of the stripes coming straight through the center of the car and down the bumper. Would love to see any pics you got!

 

I have the same problem. I wanted a black roof and mirror caps but I bought used and couldn't beat the deal I got. Black stripes will not look good, I have seen it. You can look at my gallery and see mine with white stripes and I think it looks good. I am going to eventually get the roof painted black so I can get black wheels with a red pinstripe and lower it. I figure with red JCW calipers and shocks it will look great!

 

There is an R53 by my work that either has Red w/ black roof and white stipes or Red w/ white roof and black stripes. I can't remember which color combo it is but it looks great and I remember thinking the first time I saw it that it looked better than the typical way of matching roof and stripe color. If I can remember, and if the car is there this week, I'll try to get pics.

The car was not there today and I realized you wanted the stripes that go down the middle and the car by my work has the other type of stripes anyway. I made this car in Forza 3 really quickly though and I think it was what you wanted. If not, let me know and I can change it and take more in-game pics.

I tried. Unfortunately forza won't let you change the color of the grill.

I also created the JCW F1 but it wouldn't let me change the mirrors to black either so I had to settle for just the CF hood scoop and the white stripes. It won't let you change the color of stock wheels either, only aftermarket for some reason.

 

Looks a bit off...seriously, you should consider putting matching black stripes on the white roof...it would be really slick looking

 

I'd like to see that too.

 

 

I also added stripes to the back but the Forza website is going slow for some reason and the pics haven't been uploaded yet.
