Need help removing front and rear bumpers.

Does anyone have instruction for a 2007+ MCS?

Check alat FMIC instructions it should have the front bumper at least

Try the forge instructions which is much clearer:

be careful when pulling plastic rivets so you don't break them, (I purchased a body puller tool kit for about $5 from Kragen's ...didn't break a single rivet using the rivet puller tool). Also putting bumper back together, don't overtighten any of the areas where metal screw goes into plastic bumper ...the plastic can and will crack easily.
