According to motoring file Pure Silver has been dropped from the MCS for 2010!

Sorry for the confusion.

 

They also dropped Mellow Yellow which is my favorite color.
This is the reason I bought my 2009 MCS in mellow yellow in late August 09 because i wouldn't be able to customized my 2010 (no mellow yellow and instead the ugly interchange yellow - IMHO so I don't offend anyone.

I am happy with what I have although I would have like to have Xenon headlights and rear fog lights

Can't complain because I love the factory aero kit on my mini.

 

Yeah i had a loner car that was interchange yellow a few weeks ago. Not my favorite color at all.

 

Should make the existing ones more precious.

 

However they have made Dark Silver available on the cooper.

While dropping Pure Silver may be a huge bummer for those who like it, it's certainly not a "tragedy." Terminal cancer, now that's a tragedy.

IMO, waaaay too many silver cars out there anyway.

 

Im agree with at least that much, however I do love Dark Silver. Not too crazy about pure silver but to each his own

 

So, they are down to what, something like only 6 or 7 silvers now?

 

How come they don't have Sterling Silver?

I guess they figure Pure Silver is just too practical for the S.

 

I actually like DS much more than PS-- DS is a dramatic color, while PS is much too generic, again, IMO >turbo heat/flame shield on<

 

If they add White Silver to the mix, I think a lot of people will be happy with that.

 

Silver use to be such a popular color with any car...
