I just got this thing in the mail yesterday. What a great little shift ****!!! I got a billiard ball grip. It's a little taller which makes the throw a little longer, but that is offset by how much more mechanical advantage I've got than before, i.e. the ease of shifting is much much better with this ****. This doesn't even address how nice Doug was to deal with, and the quality and appearance of his product. The best part is, if I'm rowing through the gears with some vigor, I don't have to worry about the **** flying off in my hand when going from 1-2 or 3-4. The stock **** did this and drove me insane.

I would totally buy from him again.
