What do you guys think? The stripes aren't all THAT different than the factory ones. They are "pinstriped" so there is a little space between the black and white, plus the white is a little thicker than on the factory stripes. I also got boot stripes, which I think look pretty good! Too bad they don't make a blackjack mirror backing...











And, just cause it was playing as I was taking these..

They do make a blackjack mirror. I just saw it at my mini dealership today. (seriously though it looks better with just the exterior mirrors)

 

How dark is your window tint? It also looks very nice especially with that black roof!!!

Now, i'm normally not one for blacking out chrome. But on your MINI, with those broader white pins on the stripes, I think they'd really pop more if you blacked out your headlight and tail light rings. JMHO.

I'd have stripes only, or mirror caps only, not both.....but, to each his/her own.

Love the tint, wheels and overall color choices though......

I think stripes and Union Jack mirror caps look fantastic on LB/W & BRG/W, but, prefer to leave CR/B and some of the other "stronger" colors (e.g. black, dark silver) alone.

Thanks! 20% in back, 35% in front. But they always look a bit darker cause of the dark interior.

Thanks guys! rnwcc99 I don't usually like lots of stuff going on either. But I don't have a roof decal, which with everything else on my car, I think would definitely be distracting. But as you said, to each their own!

 

Hey, Sarah... after these aesthetic mods, got any plans for performance mods ? Going to lower it ? Well... I guess lowering is another aesthetic mod.

 

Haha eventually... definitely yes. I don't know what I can mod that won't affect the warranty. Maybe once this economy gets better.

looks awesome, I like how you made the white stripe thicker

 

I'm not normally a fan of the black roof and red combo (JMHO) but this one looks sharp. The tint and black stripe seem to pull together the roof and body while the wider white stripe makes the colors pop a bit. I don't think you need to change anything. Love the dog decal.
